She’s a great doc

She was very condescending. Didn't know the answers to my questions. She also laughed at the questions I asked her. Like previous person I only saw her for five minutes wrote prescription and that was it. Very unpleasant experience.

After making an "appointment" at their Brookhaven location, still waited for 45 minutes. Then put in a room where I waited another 10 minutes. Dr. Kavita Kotte came in, talked for 5 minutes, wrote a prescription and left. That whole process cost about $150, after which I am still sick a week later, getting worse. They also never called to follow up. When I called to see about a different assessment, since I am still sick, I can come in for a $40 "discount" since 5 days have passed. Seriously?! It hasn't even been a week and I'm worse. The doctor was only with me 5 minutes. Huge ripoff of money with a misdiagnosis.
