Grossly negligent

I requested X-rays after two accidents and this doctor refused. After the second accident, I also requested to see a neurologist after experiencing headaches and dizziness and she refused. She ran a CAT scan only after I threw a temper tantrum with member services. It was negative but 87% of CAT scans are negative per studies even when a concussion is present. I later visited a medical professional outside Kaiser and they discovered I had 8 vertebrae out of alignment, advanced disc damage in my upper back and neck, two vertebrae rubbing against a neck disc, severe loss of muscle strength and muscle flexibility and many other problems. My headaches and dizziness were due to both a concussion and several neck vertebrae being tightly squeezed together causing disc damage and pressure on nerves. I now have been diagnosed with memory and cognitive loss due to the second accident. All this doctor cares about is giving the least amount of care she can get away with so she can maximum… doctor bonuses! (Yes, Kaiser reward doctors for under treating you.)

Dr Jay is a very caring Dr. My mother is 84 yrs old and Dr Jay is her PCP at Kaiser Santa Clara. Dr Jay listens to her patients symptoms and tries to understand what they are communicating. She takes time during consultations. She is a very fine Dr. I am happy we selected her as my Mom's Dr. Thank you Dr Jay.
