Nightmare!

I had a bad fall on the job in Ohio 2009 where I fell on my back on a tile floor. I have had many problems since. In 2015 Dr Carter did a cervical fusion on c4,5, and 6. I had an attorney in Ohio who wanted her to read my previous records so she could give a valid diagnosis but she wanted $1000 to do so which I did not have. The result was she cost me many thousands of dollars in a settlement. If she had just read them she could have seen what really happened to me. Therefore I feel she was more interested in the money than a correct diagnosis

Love, love, love Dr. Carter! My husband and I both see her. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She is comforting and conservative in her treatment. But when surgery is indicated she is confident and caring.

Always keeps you waiting long after appointment time. ZERO bedside manner and was VERY rude to my wife when she started asking very basic questions about my procedure.

This doctor is *AWESOME* I'm not sure if I caught her on good day twice, but she is TERRIFIC! Dr. Carter, assisted my mom after a tragic fall on the head, and I must say this woman was compassionate, loyal and LOVING! Dr. Carter is beautiful both inside and out! I read these comments, and for the negative comments, I wouldn't believe them. Dr. Carter is both educated and nice! Dr. Carter is far from cocky and arrogant, like most doctors or lawyers. Dr. Carter is about down to earth as they come.

I would recommend Dr Carter in a second and already have a couple of times from the office staff to the follow up it has been nothing but the best,I had a double fusion and a complete decompression of my lower back l4 l5 and s1 and already back to work after only a month no more pain meds,I could not of asked for a better result.

Completely unacceptable wait times in her office. Very poor follow up, forgets from appointment to appointment what she promised to do (review films). Prior to leaving her practice, never had a wait time of less than 1 hour.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carter for 2yrs. I initially had neck/spine surgery in 2010 and Carpal Tunnel Release 2months ago. Dr. Carter in my opinion is an excellent doctor with impecable bedside manner. She is not interested in masking a condition with medications. Her approach is very holistic and geared toward wellness, even as a Western Medicine doctor. She cares a lot. From my experience she would never pump medications to her patients. In fact she has a strong medication policy.

I have been in massive pain for several months. MRI showed that I had several herniated discs. 3 other doctors agreed, I am in need of surgery. Thought I'd go to Dr Carter as some of her reviews seemed great... MISTAKE! She was rude, had NO bedside manner and only wanted to throw more pain meds at me, without helping. She said I needed a spinal injection (although, I told her I had 6 already, by another doctor and they did not help). Office staff said they would call me that same day, with a date to do this procedure, never heard from them again. Will be going to another surgeon for some real help.
