The provider's demeanor was condescending and lacked empathy. Upon entering the room, she stated, "Tell me in your words why you think you're here," with noticeable emphasis on the word "think." Her tone felt dismissive and belittling rather than supportive or professional. As a patient seeking care, I expected to be treated with respect and compassion. This interaction left me feeling unheard, disrespected, and uncomfortable, and as a result, I do not intend to return to this provider.

My visit with Dr. Mohamed was a follow up to a colonoscopy she performed on me. I had several concerns/questions post procedure that she answered fully and completely. She took her time to address all of my concerns and I left with a better understanding of my situation.

Absolutely would recommend. I was previously seen by another provider at Virginia Mason and bar none, a 180 degree turn in service, staff, and care. Everything from entering the door to be greeted with welcoming reception staff all the way up to my provider. [...]. Love, love, love this office and staff.

Great job. Good communication about my condition and the direction to move to address my condition.

She was informative and very open and approachable. I liked her a lot from the get go.
