Dr. Kayla is so awesome! She is patient, knowledgeable, caring, and understanding. I am so grateful to have her as my doctor. Her professionalism is top tier. I wish all of my doctors were thoughtful, resourceful, and honest like Dr. Kayla

I would not recommend Dr. Johnson to anyone looking for a reliable or professional healthcare provider. Month after month, she repeatedly delayed my medication refills, despite me requesting them up to a week in advance. As a result, I often went days or even weeks without my necessary medication simply because she failed to authorize the refill on time. On top of that, she recently showed up 35 minutes late to my virtual appointment without any prior notice. When she finally joined, she left almost immediately without saying anything, simply because my video was off—without making any effort to communicate or check in. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic consideration for a patient’s well-being is unacceptable. If you’re looking for a doctor who values your time and health, I strongly suggest finding someone else.

She ignores my calls and has left me without medication for months after repeated attempts of contacting her and her office.
