Unfortunately, Dr. Lash was the doctor on call the day I went into labor. Dr. Lash has no idea how to support a woman through natural childbirth. She brought nothing but negative energy to the delivery room. She looked frankly, bored. While I was pushing, she opted to sit on a stool in the corner tapping her foot. She offered no encouraging words or helpful coaching. She gave major attitude and did not respect my decision to refuse unnecessary interventions after birth. The next day, she strolled into my postpartum room holding a soda looking like she was headed to the break room. She spent less than a minute checking on me. I did not feel cared for or respected. She’s the kind of doctor that forgets you’re a human. Seems like a doctor who is wholly and completely burned out. As far as I’m concerned, no one delivered my baby, I birthed my baby. I would not recommend her to anyone.
