Went to doctor khan for my kidneys he has been excellent every visit, my primary doctor sent me to him for a second opinion because of my blood pressure Was staying high doctor khan has been getting it under control and blood pressure gas been 20 points down since he has been taking care of me. Thank you doctor khan

This was my second visit to Dr. Khan. He was nice but did not call me by my name. I am a patient with a chronic disease and I wanted to be treated as such. There was minimal consultation (15 mins.) and very little explanation or discussion with me on the test results that he ordered for me. I did not like the approach and felt as if I or my disease was important. It is a challenge to find a Nephrologist that is knowledgeable or understands my disease. When I make an appointment I want and expect the physician to discuss my test results, advise me on continuing care, and make suggestions or recommendations to sustain or improve my condition. This was not done. I was not satisfied with his approach during my visit. I doubt that I will return to this physician.
