She is the absolute worst practitioner we have ever seen. I wish I could give her no stars. Do not take your child to this lady. She should not be working with kids or in the medical field. She has no bedside manner, barely says anything besides Introducing herself. My daughter was scared to have her look at her ears because she just had the flu and was scared of all the swabs like any child would be. This lady had her lay down and me hold her down like she is an animal. She then had to get wax out of my daughters ear so on top of her not making her comfortable, not doing anything to make her feel better or to calm the anxiety she was feeling, she hurt my daughter. My daughter was saying ow and owie and she never said I’m sorry or anything to make her feel better. Imagine being held down and a doctor hurting you. And my daughter is a trooper she doesn’t complain easily! This lady is rude, nasty, too rough and has no business in the medical field or around kids. Your whole visit will be… uncomfortable and she is very dry. It is obvious she is only there to get a paycheck. Doctors don’t always know best don’t let the same thing happen to your child, avoid this lady.

If I could give Keatrina a negative rating I would! Very poor communication skills at our well visit, communication at all with my children, and did not review our medical history prior to our appointment.
