Dr. Brown made me feel at ease. I also loved how excited she was for me when she showed me my baby on the ultrasound for the first time. She is very kind.

Having been through the medical system many times these past few years after a cancer diagnosis, I came into my appointment feeling fairly guarded and already anticipating what Dr. Keely was going to say based on experiences I've had with previous providers. To my surprise, this was a completely different experience.Miscarriage is an incredibly difficult and emotional topic, and Dr. Keely approached the conversation with empathy, patience, and genuine compassion. She took the time to answer all of our questions, used thoughtful analogies to help us understand what was happening, and made us feel truly heard. I could genuinely tell that she cared.What stood out most was how she balanced providing factual medical information while still allowing us to feel involved in the decision-making process. Rather than feeling rushed or pressured, we felt like partners in the conversation and were given the time and space to process our options.I was also very comforted to learn that if I needed a… procedure, Dr. Keely herself would be the one performing it. That brought a great sense of reassurance during a very uncertain time.I went into the appointment feeling overwhelmed, emotional, and anxious, with lots of tears and fear about what the day would bring. I left feeling a tremendous sense of relief and gratitude.It's no surprise that so many of my friends recommended Dr. Keely. After many years in medicine, some providers can become so accustomed to having difficult conversations that they unintentionally overlook the importance of listening, understanding, and tailoring communication to the individual patient. Dr. Keely did the exact opposite. We felt genuinely cared for, supported, and respected throughout the entire appointment.Thank you, Dr. Keely. Your kindness, empathy, and professionalism meant more than you know during one of the most challenging times of our lives.

Dr. Brown was very easy to talk to and explained things very well. This is my first child and having a providers complete attention to my concerns and questions was amazing.

Dr. Brown has been amazing - both w/our first & second pregnancy. She's straightforward but in a kind/respectful way. She's patient and sensitive to every concern I have. I've already recommended her to friends.

Dr. Brown did my C-section and she was just amazing. Friendly, patient, just an overall joy. It was my first baby and she made me feel so comfortable and special in that surgery room. I wish i had chosen her as my OB from the start!

Not attentive enough to the patient questions and health issues. Also did not answer prenatal questions properly.
