Dr. Keiko Saito, MD

My annual exam with Dr Saito was a frustrating experience with a rushed superficial examination and a dismissive attitude towards my medical concerns. Additionally, after my exam inaccurate representations of my statements were entered into my medical chart. That lead to a denial of my referral to a specialized expert when I contacted them and a wasted time. My request for doing additional lab work was dismissed by Dr. Saito on the ground that the lab results were recent (obtained two months ago, in reality), although I specifically and repeatedly stated that the onset of medical issues occurred 1.5 months after the blood was drawn. After a telephonic attempt to address the issue with a medical assistant in Montage office who struggled to communicate in a proper English, I was suggested to see a Naturopath (!) What's next - a witch doctor? Is this a new level of professionalism we are facing when seeking medical help from Dr. Saito?

Did not even read my chart

I left for my appt 25 mins early to get there on time. Hey 1 traffic was backed up and I called at the exact time of My appt to tell them I was stuck in traffic. Got there 25 mins late as if that all was not hard enough. They refused to let me see dr saito even though I explained I had been ill for 9 days waiting for this appt.

I hope my next visit is more productive. I am new to the area and need to get established and get ome things taken care of but I just cannot seem to get any responses or action.

I find a nice doctor. My illness cured by her effective prescription.

She is very nice and kind. I am 100% satisfied with her care.
