Worst bedside manners I have ever received from a Dr. First time meeting her and no handshake or introduction. No eye contact. I was so close to walking out because everything out of her mouth was a side jab at why I went to her instead of my normal doctor. Disgusting

Waited for hour and 15 min and she did not do her job well didn't get my questions answered

Dr. Smith has delivered one of my children and will delivering another soon. She is very courtesy, knowledgeable and communicates well with me and my family about all of our concerns.

I have tried to recode my appointment with this office four times. After going in for a routine preventative check up, I have been billed an obscene amount for lab results for a medical diagnosis that I was not given. I cannot understand why they charged me for lab services in a diagnostic nature, when I went for preventative reasons.

She was my doctor but did not deliver my baby, since it was not her weekend to work. I ended up in the hospital for about a week. She showed up to sign the discharge papers and spent less than 5 minutes withe me. She said she had to go do 5 Circumcisions. After the delivery (c-section) I called her office right away to schedule my 2 week follow up. I was told that she was booked. When I asked if I needed to go to another hospital I finally got an appointment with her nurse. I had to complain to get the appointment. I called her office multiple times reporting extreme incision discomfort and pain, yet I was not given an appointment. At my 2 week visit they found that I had an infection around the incision. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF...WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Dr. Smith is AWESOME. She delivered two children of mine. She was also on vacation with my third but she said she would deliver her and she was right there by my side. She is kind and friendly and knows her job. I would recommend her to anyone.

I had a very bad delivery due to the doctor being late, had to blow for about 25 min. Until doc arrived. Then doc wasn't in room when crowning happened and baby ended up with scar on forehead.
