Dr. Keith A Brown, DDS

Dr Brown exceed my expectations! Had so many troubles with dentists in or aroudn Naperville. But Dr. Brown got me in fast, visit went well, Sussan worked with my insurance well and it was a smooth process ... a strark contrast to my previous experiences with other dentists around thte area!!!!

I scheduled an appointment with Dr.. Brown for a consult. My first impression was that the office staff was disorganized and unprofessional. After confirming my insurance coverage and copay over the phone, the receptionist changed the amount I needed to pay in the office 3 times between the moment I checked in and sat in the doctors chair. I was informed that I needed to pay the copay and the insurance portion because supposedly the insurance would send the payment to me after she filed the claim. I decided to seek dental care elsewhere because the dentist was uncomfortably awkward and arrogant, the office was dated and very technology behind normal standards. I didn't schedule a follow up with Dr. Brown. However, after a month of waiting for the insurance reimbursement for my initial visit, I called my insurance company and found no claim was filed by Dr. Brown. I subsequently called Dr. Brown and was told by his receptionist that she thought she had filed the claim but would do… it now. Another 3 weeks pass, and still no claim is shown on my insurance company portal. Typically, I wouldn't think this was a problem but the office made me pay the insurance company portion upfront under the pretense I would be reimbursed which won't happen if no claim is filed! I call Dr. Brown again and was told the electronic claim wasn't received and she would send it to the insurance company in the mail. As of last week the insurance company portal shows a claim was received and a payment sent TO DR. BROWN! DR BROWN WAS PAID MY COPAY, PAID THE INSURANCE PORTION AND PAID BY THE INSURANCE! Today, I will be filing an insurance fraud claim against Dr. Brown, and taking any steps necessary to get my money back. There are a ton of great dentists in the area; Dr. Brown isn't one of them. Save yourself the headache, time and money and go elsewhere.

I was very happy with the level of service I was really in need of a new dentist and I finally found one. Very nice! :)

The office staff assistants are great. They are warm and listen to every instruction the Doctor gives them. They always have a smile on their face and are always ready to work. Thank you for working with me .

I really had a great experience compared to the past other dentist. I will be making this my primary dentist from now on.
