This has been the most frustrating medical practice I’ve ever dealt with, & these issues have persisted for years. My father needed a follow-up MRI after his stroke. Despite the referral being placed, it took over a month & countless phone calls to get the scan scheduled. We were told results would be available within a couple of days. It has now been almost two weeks with no results. His cardiologist is waiting for these results before restarting post-stroke medications. This delay is directly impacting his care. It is Impossible to reach anyone who can actually help or provide updates This has been consistent throughout the years my father has been a patient We previously had to switch to a different provider for his sleep apnea due to the same unresponsiveness. JWM Neurology make it nearly impossible to receive timely, coordinated care. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice due to these ongoing communication failures. Patients and their families deserve responsive care.

I have suffered with insomnia for years but now I’m able to get a decent nights sleep ??

I went in with hopes he could help me balance out my meds. One creates extreme emotions and the other tends to have a emotionless effect. At first he did great and all seemed well. As time went on, I began to feel emotionless and depressed. I brought this to his attention and was quickly...I mean in about 5 minutes...asked if I had a psychiatrist and offered me prozac...follow by a recommendation for psychiatric testing. He wouldn't even entertain looking at my med as being a huge contributing factor, even though everything I listed for him is a side effect. Here lately he has focused less and less on spending time in the room. This past visit was about those 5 minutes I referred to above. I know he can be very good, but I am extremely disappointed to be written off so quickly this last time.
