Last year my child had a viral herpes infection in the mouth. Dr. Keith R. Dveirin said that this infection should not be treated and did not prescribe a medicine for the child. As a result, in two weeks my child became much worse, at first he stopped eating and then stopped drinking water. I had to go to TMC and there the child was prescribed a medicine for pain and infection. A week later he recovered. In February 2017 my child started having trouble breathing in the nose and we turned for help to Dr. Keith R. Dveirin. He checked my child and found nothing. The doctor said that the child needs a hot bath, the baby should also sleep on a high pillow, you need to turn on the air humidifier during sleep and wash your nose with Saline. We did all this, but the child did not get better, but on the contrary, he began to breathe even worse. We again went to Dr. Keith R. Dveirin. I asked him to give my child a referral to the ENT, but the doctor said that he had not found anything… from the child and we do not need a referral to the ENT. This continued until April 2017. Meanwhile, my child became even worse. He almost did not breathe through his nose and snored in his sleep. He did not sleep at night and I did not sleep either. Then I again came to Dr. Keith R. Dveirin and again asked to give my child a referral to the LOR. The doctor again refused me and gave me a paper where it says that my child is all right, that he does not need medication and examination. Then my patience was over and I myself turned for help to an ENT specialist who immediately told me that my child has adenoids! We made an X-ray, drank a course of antibiotics, after which my child began to feel better and began to breathe again! And this is four months later! But the problem did not disappear completely and my child had to have an operation to remove adenoids in May 2017. As you understand, if Dr. Keith R. Dveirin immediately noticed the problem in the child, heeded my requests and provided qualified help, then before the surgery it would not have happened. Of course, every doctor can make a mistake and me can understand this. But when your child is ill and you ask the doctor for help, and the doctor refuses to provide it, explaining that he himself has not found anything from the child, then it is impossible to understand this.
