Dr. Keith Brian Hodge, MD

Back in March, I was a patient in the er suffering with an boil. Due to staph of the skin. My wait was not long at all. Dr. Hodge, was like no other Dr. Just this evening I went back into the er, due to bell's palsy. I was shock to be visiting Dr. Hodge again. I was once again treated beyond well. The staff was wonderful and the Dr once again had me at peace. He consaulted with me about my head issue within 5minutes. I was cat scanned in 5minutes. While waiting on result. Dr. Keith was visiting other patients and helping receptionist do intake as well as consulting others on their health issues. Before I was given my discharge paper. Dr. Keith made sure that I was discharged out of his care. There have been times when I would go into the hospital and get bounced around several times. Not at all under this Dr.

Dr. Hodge was very caring and professional when I was a patient in the emergency room.

Due to an emergency room visit, had to interact with Dr Hodge with an interview. He acted like he wanted to be somewhere else, projected an above it all attitude and treated me like an animal. A minute into the interview he stopped "I have to take this phone call" and came back 1/2 hour later. He stood in the hallway and interviewed me thru the doorway. After some basic hygiene questions do you bathe ? do you sleep / etc) he was gone. Less than 5 minutes total. He billed my insurane $454 and I called his billing service in Atlanta to complain and explain. They lower the bill from a "level 1 to a level 3" emergency room visit but I had to take the offer at that time. If I wanted to challange the bill I'd lose the offer and have interest fees aquired.This review was an easier pill to swallow but came away feeling ripped off and upset with the experience.
