Keith is a 1972 graduate of Hudson High School, where he played baseball, basketball, and football. He was a member of the National Honor Society and received the Hudson Women's Club Scholarship. Keith attended John Carroll University where he received honors for both academics and athletics. After graduation from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in 1979, Keith entered the United States Navy Dental Corps where he received advanced training in all aspects of General Dentistry.
Entering private practice in 1982, Keith chose to return to Hudson because the small town atmosphere allows him to get to know and care about the people with whom he works. Keith's philosophy of dentistry is, whenever possible, to prevent dental problems from occurring and to prevent small problems from becoming big problems. He is therefore convinced that regular examinations and cleanings are essential to maintain dental health and to allow the detection of problems …when they are still small.
Keith lives in Hudson with his wife Kathleen, a partner in the CPA firm Corbets and Associates in Solon. Their daughter Kristen is a graduate of Western Reserve Academy, St. Louis University and the University of Akron School of Law. Their son Kevin attends Western Reserve Academy. He plays baseball, basketball and golf and also enjoys acting in school plays and community theater. Keith is a member of several dental organizations and attends continuing education courses regularly. Dr. Hoover has been named one of the "Top Dentists in America" several years in a row. He is an active member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church for whom he plays guitar in their Praise! Services. Keith is a charter member of the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce. When he has the time, Keith enjoys golf, SCUBA diving, photography, and cheering for all of our local sports teams.
