Don't expect the reception or front desk to care for you at this practice. I made an appointment for my mother-in-law several weeks in advance so that way she could get her hearing test done, see the doctor, and be fitted for hearing aids, all in one visit. This was the whole purpose of us waiting over two full weeks to see Dr. Keith. The confirmation voicemail that was left reminding us of our appointment wasn't even able to be understood it was such bad quality. After we were checked in and seen for the hearing test we were informed that we would not be continuing on to be fitted for hearing aids. This is a problem because I made arrangements to drive my mother-in-law to this appointment. The woman at the front desk said it wasn't her fault she wasn't the one who took the appointment. Well it is your client in front of you that requires care. It's not so simple for lots of people to get back and forth at any given time of the day on any given day of the week. Highly dissatisfied with… client care at this practice. The woman at the desk kept saying repeatedly how busy they are. You all might be too busy for us to come back.

Dr. Jackson performed a septoplasty and nasal valve revision and the results after 10 days are outstanding! No pain whatsoever. He prepared me well in the pre-op phase so the post-op phase was a breeze. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson.

Doc spent 14 hours in surgery with me... developed new procedure for connecting throat sections to allow swallowing.

Awesome clinical knowledge and sinus surgery. I feel better than I have felt my whole life. I can breathe and had no complications. I am a Nurse Practitioner and he came highly recommended by physician friends.

Dr. Chacko put tubes in all 3 of my kids. Very nice and funny. Also kids did much better afterwards with no more antibiotics.

Dr. Jackson performed two small surgeries during the same operation. Removal of a fatty tissue deposit on my neck over the thyroid gland and corrected a deviated septum. There has been minimum pain and recovery has been as expected. I can easily recommend him.

I believed I had bad allergies my entire life and suffered from near-constant sinus infections. I thought the infections were caused by my "allergies".I had at least 10 rounds of antibiotics in 2010 for sinus infections, along with a smorgasboard of accompanying prescriptions which included nasal steroids, oral steroids, inhalers & cough medicines. I took so many prescriptions I can't even remember them all. I also took Zyrtec, Singulair, Sudafed, Mucinex, ibuprofen & sinus rinses daily to control symptoms. Nothing fixed my problems. I missed 12 weeks of work in 2010 due to sinus infections and complications. (I'm a workaholic and only miss work if I absolutely cannot function!)I knew that so many drugs in my body wasn't the answer and they weren't solving the problem.Dr. Jackson was the answer!I called the office in Spring 2011 based on a referral from my father (Dr. Diamond performed his life-saving cancer surgery years ago). The office staff at Northside ENT is one of the best I… have ever encountered at a practice. Very friendly, accomodating & helpful. The staff is also very well-versed in navigating insurance plans & coverage.The staff helped me to arrange to see Dr. Chacko and Dr. Jackson on the same day for a CT scan of my sinuses (Dr. Jackson) and allergy testing (Dr. Chacko). Dr. Jackson wanted to investigate all potential causes of my problems before approaching the possibility of any surgery.Dr. Jackson has a good personality and sense of humor. You can tell within just a few minutes with him that he is an expert in his field.As it turns out, I didn't have any allergies which Dr. Chacko felt required his treatment! I thought "allergies" were the source of my life-long sinus problems, but that was not the case.By the time I left that day, Dr. Jackson was able to fully diagnose my problem and recommended sinus surgery for me. Apparently the structure of my sinuses did not give proper drainage, so bacteria would grow, causing infections. Dr. Jackson planned to remove all of the diseased tissue from all of my sinuses and improve the drainage.Again, working with the staff and Northside ENT was a dream in setting up my surgery. They went above & beyond in answering all of my questions and navigating insurance issues.I could not have imagined a better surgery experience. Sounds funny, I know, but everyone at the surgery center was great!Recovery was a breeze, which I attribute to Dr. Jackson's skill. I actually felt better during "recovery" than I did in the weeks before my surgery.Now that I've fully recovered, I feel as though I have a new life! It is wonderful and truly "life-changing" to not be so sick any more. In the end, my insurance did not pay for my surgery. They considered it "pre-existing" due to so many prior issues. I paid for all of my visits, scan and surgery myself. IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. My only regret is that I did not see Dr. Jackson sooner!Dr. Jackson changes lives. He changed mine! My daughter seems to have similar issues that I had when I was her age (7). After my wonderful experience with Dr. Jackson, I will be taking her to see him as well!

I saw Dr. Jackson for snoring. He had told me about my sleep problems and set me up with a sleep study. He explained everything and was very nice.

dr.jackson was very nice when i met him. told me i had "jackson's disease" meaning i snore because i'm overweight which i think is true. i liked his humurous demeanor, and although he was joking, he did give me good advice
