Dr. Luper is an outstanding podiatrist! My 97 yr. old father saw him a few months ago for a painful ingrown toenail. Not only did Dr. Luper take care of his infected toe in the best way possible in his office, he make a lasting impression on my father as the very best podiatrist he has ever been to...and he has been to many in his lifetime! He has been my podiatrist for many years and I highly recommend him!

I was suffering for Months until I was seen and treated by Dr Luper. He explained what was going on and explained how I could fix the Plantar pain. After 1 month of doing what he recommended, I was no longer in pain!!!

Dr Luper was straight forward with me, Which is what I wanted. I have been to other MD's for this and the first thing they tell me is I need surgery. Dr Luper recommended inserts and Physical therapy which both have improved my over all Health. I would recommend him to everyone.

He has poor bedside manner. The first thing he said when he walked in the room was “There’s nothing I can do for you.” Without even talking to me or looking at my toe, he’d already decided on his disposition of me. What a waste of a $45 copay.
