Came in 15 minutes early, was called in on time… waited in room for 45 minutes. Had an appointment & had to leave. They somehow blamed me! Rescheduled … waited six months. My insurance company changed. I needed a new card. They would not bill me, they insisted on Cash on same day! They love money,… they don’t love their patients! Billing is easy if you trust your patients. They do not, and their rates are sky high! There are better places to have your skin checked, I am Finding them now.

While I can see any competence issues with Dr. M., the short time he spent with me was annoying. Next time, I'll have a stopwatch in my pocket and will time the appointment.

Upon entering the treatment room a nurse asked about and recorded the issues I wanted addressed but these were subsequently not addressed by Ms. Kim Carlson Stover (who is not actually a doctor). I was charged $315 but spent less than 12 minutes with Ms. Stover. While Ms. Stover was friendly, I did not receive adequate care and feel that I was grossly overcharged. I tried to send an email to the office but there is no email address listed on their website.

The nurse who had first asked me questions and recorded my answers did not make sure that Kim addressed each of my concerns. I was charged $315 and was with Kim Stover for less than 12 minutes. While Kim was friendly, I do not feel that I was given the best care.

I have been seeing Dr. MacKenzie for years. He is such a nice, honest man. Great doctor - I trust him for my whole family. He is really funny, too. Sometimes I have to wait a little longer, but I know he is just treating someone who needs him. His staff is really kind to me always.

The first time I went to his office, I had an appointment with his PA as getting one with him was months away. The next time I went, I had an appointment with him. He was abrupt, talked far more than he listened, did not do an appropriate body cancer examination and was inappropriate in some of his comments. I would never set foot in his office again.

Great guy ! Always caring and concerned about his patients.

Dr. MacKenzie quickly identified a dermatological problem that was driving me crazy. In a day and a half he had the problem under control, and he has continued to treat me in a timely manner. He is tops.
