Dr. Keith Merrill, MD

Always concerned about my overall health as well as my joint pain.

Dr. Merrill performed surgery on my shoulder. From the time that I first set foot into his office he and his staff have been nothing but kind and sincere to me. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and laughed when I asked him if I would still be able to break 90. Dr. Merrill has been hands down the best doctor that I’ve ever been to and his staff is nothing short of amazing. Thank you Dr. Merrill for everything!

I was on vacation when I broke my femur and Dr Merrill operated on me. He Explained, everything. I found him to be personable and caring. He had a good sense oh humor. I'm recovering and hope to be fine, some day.

Everyone was so kind during my visit.

I waited in the waiting room for an hour just to be seen for five minutes by the Dr. Dr Merrill told me that I should either quit my job or suck up to the pain that I am having in my shoulder and that there was absolutely no amount of physical therapy that would help my issue. I have never had a Dr that treated me like I was just someone who was there to take up his time. If you have a choice between Dr. Merrill and another Dr please choose the other Dr.

I had to wait 1 hour and 15 mins to see dr. I was not a happy camper. Was not even going to apologize until asked how I was and I explained stressed. Then Dr. said sorry. Had to laugh as waste basket was over flowing with paper from exam table. They need a bigger basket to hold it. Diagnosis was if you already found what works, then keep on doing it and I have no idea why you get the pain you do. Here, you can do this exercise to strengthen yourself, but as for now you are fine. Oh well!

Have yet to been in an exam room that didnt't have a trash can full of leftover food from staff, dr. interaction is about 1 minute, doesn't care and doesn't even pretend to care, staff is rude

The biggest complaint is having an appointment at 1 and not getting in until 3. Other than that, the doctor's staff was friendly and courteous. However, the doctor was slightly arrogant as the previous survey said. I however will continue to see him mainly because he is the best doctor in town for joints and arthoscopic surgery.

This Dr. is without question the most arrogant I have ever met. He treated my husband for a shoulder problem. Yes, he did the surgery fine, but he can't be bothered with your piddly, ridiculous questions and lets you know without saying a word. And if you're a spouse with a question? You'll wish you hadn't opened your mouth. Whew! Dr. Merrill: I know this means absolutely nothing to you, but you are NOT the only orthop. Dr. in the area!
