Dr. Keith Alan Reinsdorf, MD

Dr Keith Reinsdorf should lose his license and needs to be investigated. He is unequivocally the worst doctor I have ever experienced. His staff is RUDE, especially Casey who will bark at you for asking simple questions. She has a god complex when in reality she is a receptionist. Get a grip lady. But this review is more about the doctor. He is 100% commiting insurance fraud and reports he sees patients when he doesn't. My loved one was under his care, if we can call it that, and he consistently sent some unqualified nurses (once every 6+ months when we had to beg) and they often call in wrong prescriptions to the pharmacy or forget altogether. On numerous occasions, the pharmacy has called us at home indicating the doctors office has made an error and we need to follow up. And then deal with the belligerant receptionist who claims no accountability and insults you for calling. This doctor and his practice is a bonafide DISASTER. Please avoid at all costs. I wonder… when he will lose his license, and if he is currently under investigation. Really bad.
