Dr. Rich is amazing. He took very good care of Dad. My Dad went misdiagnosed for a year until we found Dr. Rich. He identified what he suspected the medial problem was within minutes of us sharing all of the symptoms Dad had been experiencing. My Dad had a successful surgery within 2 weeks. Thanks to finally being properly diagnosed he is still with us. Keep up the awesome work!

Dr. Rich is amazing. Not only is he a great technician but he is a very compassionate man. Uncertainty is the scary part of this process. He took the scary part away by anticipating my questions and ensuring I had answers ASAP. His staff is equally attentive. He made a very scary situation less so. I am a fan.

Check in time for biopsy 0900, did not go to pre-op until 1300. Post-op, very vague and ambiguous. Abnormal cells, but needed pathology to determine treatment. Patient require 24/7 care, but not why or what to expect. Found out a week later, seizures are possible. Provided pathology of glioma, but not the grade. He only does surgery, oncologist will provide more info on tumor.

On first visit, you would think he is the best guy for the job! He really can talk the talk! After he does his job though, he's DONE WITH YOU! He has a serious God complex! Don't you dare tell him you still feel ill on your follow up visit because, if you do, he will throw a fit and make it all your fault! This man does have good hands but NOT good follow up care!! BEWARE

Excellent personality, as well as a great surgeon. He takes time with youyou, explains so you understand, and shows hehe really cares. Wouldn't go to anyone else.
