Dr. Keith Thomas Ryan, MD

This Doctor seemed to not be concerned about my condition. His concerns seemed to be more about his time. I saw him four times and he did nothing to help my medical condition except change one of my Meds which made me very sick. I am sorry I wasted my valuable time with this Guy.

This man is perhaps one of the most un-compassionate and self-centered doctors whom I've ever encountered. When I came in to his office complaining of an ear ache, he sent me home -- undiagnosed and untreated. The next day, my ear drum burst -- after being up all night in excruciating acute pain. When I called to tell him what had happened that same day, he said "Your emergency is now over -- deal with it". I would not recommend this so-called Dr. to my dog.

Stopped seeing this office when charged $100 fee a yr,supposedly to cover the cost of electronic records,what most would consider a cost of doing business.Not great in preventative care,didn't advise pneumovax for elderly,chronically ill male patient,ended up in ICU.

I have nothing against Dr. Ryan, however his receptionist ( with the tattoo on her lower neck)was the most condescending office person I have ever encountered. When I arrived she scolded me because I was ( supposedly ) late. When I showed her my appointment card reflecting that I was in fact early, instead of getting something near an apology for her mistake, I got her dirty look. People with a rancid attitude like that should either be trained in the art of pleasantness or never hired at all. Unfortunately this reflects poorly on Dr. Ryan.

Doctor Keith Ryan has been my doctor for about 10 years, and I hope for him to be until such time as I never need a doctor again. M high esteem of him began on my first visit to him. He actually believed my symptoms, examined me appropriately, sent me for specific tests, and in less than three weeks I had surgery to correct the condition. (Partial thyroidectomy-removal of golfball sized goiter/tumor). I have also had two appointments with the PA currently working in his practice, and she is pretty great, too. I feel fortunate to have such knowledgeable caregivers.
