Absolutely the WORST doctors office I have ever experienced! Was initially told the labs would be sent the order. Scheduled my blood draw to find out it hadn’t been sent. Cancelled the blood draw, called the drs. Office and requested it be faxed. Fast forward a month, drove 40 minutes for yet another draw only to find it still had been sent. Spent 50 minutes on the phone trying to connect ANYONE in their office. Not a single sole would pick up the phone. I now know every extension, all the wonderful things they’ve done to comply with CDC, how to speak Spanish, all of their expectations of their patients....and get this....HOW MUCH THEY APPRECIATE MY PATIENCE. 4 hours later the only professional there called me back. I asked how to complain about office staff and was transferred to the manager...or rather their voice mail! Avoid this office like the plaque. Now I get to request another referral to another specialist....pay another dr. visit, go to yet another lab. Thank you… Dr. Soderberg for wasting my money and my time. Fire your staff.

After 5 visits, and having spent only 4 and a half minutes maximum with the doctor after waiting 45+ minutes with each scheduled visit it is hard to rank higher. Not to mention the unethical staff that will try to rebill you even when insurance has already paid.

We paid to have the hole repaired in my son's ear. $4K He told us he would go straight into the canal. After surgery he had cut the back of the ear and there were stitches. After a few months we found out the surgery did not work. He wanted us to pay to have the surgery again. I could not. So he put a patch on the ear, which fell of a few weeks later. Not very happy with results and he was not very caring either. It has been a few years since, and am trying to find another doctor.

Having been a patient for a few years, I finally was crushed upon my last visit.Its difficult at best to get an appointment to see Keith Soderberg and he is darn good as a doctor, but I have always waited more than one hour passed my appointment time to see him.I have at each visit been given the rigmarole over my referral,which I always had,but somehow they never received the fax or we can't find it, or it is written in the wrong format.Something smells fishy about this practice.The staff enjoys telling you can't see him.There seems to a bias against some insurance carriers or extraneous circumstances in patients chart.This is obviously a staff which needs some growing up!
