Dr. Keith Wade Wilkerson, MD

Not sure where the otehr reviews here originated, but this is the most unprofessional medical practice you'll ever have the misfortune of visiting. I've been a patient of Dr. Wilkerson's for over two decades, and during that time I've watched his transformation from a friendly, caring doctor to an absentee business owner who leaves it to his front desk staff and nurse practitioners to make medical decisions for his patients. I've waited as long as two hours past a scheduled appointment time. On two occasions I've had the incompetent phlebotomist literally mangle and bloody up my arm trying to draw blood before giving up and sending me to a lab down the street, where they got the job done quickly and competently. Getting prescriptions refilled has always been like pulling teeth - until you schedule an appointment to come in and open your wallet for them. Today I had a virtual appointment which was scheduled weeks ago, and they called at the last minute and canceled. From what I can… tell, the staff works about two to three hours a day - they don't answer the phones after lunch - you'll either get a busy signal or a recording telling you to dial 911 or go to ER. The staff is rude, openly resentful of having to deal with those pesky patients, and completely ambivalent about their propensity to waste patients' time. The facility is generally dirty and unkempt, and the experience of being looked after by tattooed "nurses" who look more like biker gang members than medical professionals is unnerving, to say the least. My negative experiences with Keith's practice have been far too numerous to lay out in a single review, but I would strongly advise anyone seeking conscientious, professional, and dependable medical care to steer clear of this practice.

Dr Wilkerson is the best PCP that anyone could ever find. He is very knowledgeable and cares about your overall well being!

Dr. Wilkerson has been our family's personal doctor for over 20 years. I trust him. He takes time to get to know you which enables him to give excellent medical advice detailed to you. Very personable.

Dr Wilkerson has been my primary Doctor for numerous years. He does not sit and tell you need to lose weight. He looks at you like a human being. He never hurrys thru your appointment. He is kind and considerate. I have had several medical problems and he is very efficient with keeping up with all the other doctors I see. His staff is nice but not as friendly has Dr. Wilkerson is. That's okay because before I leave each one has a smile on their face. They allow you to get to know them and they smile. Anyone looking for a primary Doctor would be foolish not to check Keith Wilkerson out, he is Down to earth and a very Christian man.

Dr. Wilkerson has been our family doctor for about 20 years. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and caring. He always thoroughly discusses any medical condition or treatment and seems to really know the medical field. A family practitioner, he also can make excellent recommendations for specialists. We highly recommend him!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Wilkerson now over the past 3 months. He has to be one of the best Doctors I have been to in a long time. He is so down to earth and very easy to talk to. He is very knowledgable and a professionalism is top rate. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a primary care provider.
