He recommended a solution requiring twice-daily painless activity on my part In lieu of a one-time very painful treatment. He felt that the overall success of the daily treatments was likely to be better, and we'll see what the degree of success is after four weeks. I fully concur with his advice.

He related to me very well. Answered my questions and gave me recommendations for a follow up that are quite logical.

Dr. Stromberg is an outstanding doctor - his assistants are also very good and very personable - his receptionist depends on which one you get - one of them acts indifferent and acts like you're bothering her

Excellent care

I had a sudden hearing loss in both ears from noise exposure. I waited a few days and went to my primary PA. Recieved a prescription and a referral. Scheduled an appointment. I wish I had went in to Ergentcare eartier. Both times I recieved quality Professional service. I have follow up ear injections on 09 10 2026.

Dr Stromberg walked into the office with an entourage of people and it honestly felt like he was the "celebrity" doctor walking in to show them how it was done. I was already so nervous and frustrated at having to wait literal months for an appointment regarding my acute onset of vocal dysfunction (which has greatly affected my daily quality of life). He didn't ask me questions about my vocal history. He didn't ask why this was a concern. He just said all the standard things without taking my personal history and concern into account. After scoping my vocal cords and confirming no growths or cancers, he gave me a basic treatment plan that didn't make much sense to me. He also told me in the office that he recommended I use my voice during this time to help keep it lubricated, but in my printed notes it says that he recommended vocal rest, which he did not. Nor did he provide any explanation of what vocal rest would look like, what I should do, etc if that were the case. I did not feel… that his bedside manner was pleasant or patient-focused, and I hope to find another doctor for a second opinion because I am really upset by what's happening to me.
