Dr. Kelley Robert Branch

My experience with his office quickly went downhill after my first visit. After my visit in Nov, I was asked to set up an appointment the following June. I was told to call in the Feb/Mar timeframe. I was also told I would receive a courtesy call/letter reminding me to do so. Feb rolled around and nothing. So I called the office and was told that they "were not booking out till June yet". I called back 2 weeks later and got a similar response. This went on till mid-April (so almost 3 months). And on all these calls, I was told I would receive a call when it was time to schedule. Finally in mid-April, I was told there are "no appointments available" and that I should call back for when appointments open up after July "when the school year starts". I've switched providers from UW to Swedish since and it took just one 10 min phone call to get on the books. He and his office seem to care more about their research than about their patients.

He is very respectful of me. He takes the time to listen and to try to be honest when he does not know. I would recommend him highly but not his institution on a whole.

He is an excellent physician that takes the time to address all my concerns. Wonderful bedsie manner.

Very caring and really takes the time for very complex problems. Excellent bedside manner!!
