Kelli is wonderful. She cares, she listens, she discusses, she recommends. We talked in depth about the current problem and she double-checked her recommendation for treatment was compatible with other treatments and medications I'm on. She explained thoroughly why she was recommending the treatment, what I could expect, and what the Rx could/could not do for me.
