Dr. Kelli Lynn Culpepper, MD

Dr. Culpepper is an incredible doctor! I have been her patient two years and will always go to her. I had my first baby 3 months ago. Having her in the delivery room brought so much peace to my husband and I. She is a real pro. Dr. Culpepper is calm and very skilled, especially in the delivery room. She is so knowledgeable, kind, talented, compassionate, positive, and so much more! I was sick the majority of my pregnancy. It helped having a positive doctor encourage me, who has had a rough pregnancy too. I'm so grateful I was referred to this practice. She goes above and beyond. I have recommended her to several friends and family members already and will continue to do so. She helped my delivery go much smoother, as well as my care during my pregnancy. The insurance staff helped my husband and I when we had an insurance issue. We have been so happy and pleased with the entire staff. Go see Dr. Culpepper and you won't be disappointed!

Dr. Culpepper always goes above and beyond as a physician. I've been seeing her for 6 years, and she is not only the best OB-GYN I've ever had, but also one of the best medical professional I know (I work in the medical field). She is caring, thorough, honest, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She was a steadfast caregiver through my 2 pregnancies, one of which had debilitating pain complications. She is an excellent listener, validates my experiences, and allows me to actively participate and guide my plan of care. In the delivery room, she is calm, collected, and assertive. All things that allowed me to focus on my body and labor, while she provided clear directives that led to a successful birth.

Unfortunately, she was the on call OB for my delivery. She was cold, abrasive, and a stress basket in the delivery room. Even the staff around her seemed annoyed. She tried to send me home when contractions were 2.5 minutes apart. I delivered 5 hours later. Sorry, Kelli Culpepper, that I made you deliver at a time that wasn’t convenient for you. As a mother yourself, I would’ve hoped that you would treat patients (yours OR your partners) with compassion during the delivery of their first baby. That was far from the case!

I have been seeing Dr. Culpepper for 19 years and have never had any issues with her or her staff. She always answers my questions and takes good care of me.

Although Dr. Culpepper is a good doctor from my decades plus yearly appointments with her, the practice's front office is horrible. Once I got pregnant I knew I could not handle their rude attitudes and lack of training in any customer service. I switched to another OB for my pregnancy and the front office and kindness is night and day compared to this practice's front office and billing. Recently, I had to deal with the front office again to have my records transferred and I got the run around until I gave up on a Friday and called again on Monday to have another staff person apologize for the misinformation given to me the Friday before. This practice may suffice for a yearly appointment but otherwise I would definitely find a more caring overall practice.

The only thing I had go wrong was a nurse had put in my charts she had told me vital information, but I wasn't told until months later.

Dr. Culpepper is a wonderful Doctor. However, the staff at this office are TERRIBLE and RUDE. Not worth your time and frustration. Go elsewhere.

I have been going to see Dr. Culpepper for over 11 years. When my son was born, she not only saved my life, but also my son's. I have referred Dr. Culpepper to a few of my friends and none of them have had issues with her. She is always friendly and even after all these years, she greets me, asks me how my son is (even though she hasn't seen him since he was in the hospital) and asked where my husband is if he is not with me. While Dr. Culpepper is wonderful, she is the only doctor that I will see of any of them in the practice. If she is not available, I will reschedule my appointment until she is available.

Office staff and particularly billing people are AWFUL and extremely rude. They roll their eyes and turn their backs (literally). I will never, EVER go to this doctor's office again.

I have never had such poor experience with an office staff or doctor. Very rude, inconsiderate and the doctor will not phone you, even if you ask her to. Will take my services elsewhere. I do not recommend this Dr. or this facility.
