Great doctor. We have been happy customers for over 3 years with 2 kids. There were a few situations before when it was hard to schedule a physical but this time I think it’s just the last draw of patience. The flu shot appointments were offered to be done over a month later from the calling date. I understand it’s a busy season but... all businesses adjust to busy situations and try to accomodate the needs of the customers. I made a few phone calls to inquire if it’s a norma situation and it seems that it’s not. We will be looking for a new office unfortunately.

We've been using Dr Kennedy since we had our son, who is now almost 3. We also have a 1 year old daughter now, so we've been in a bunch of times to see her. We absolutely love her! Both of my children have had different issues and she has been amazing about helping with them. One of my children has an autoimmune disease and when Children's Hospital said they only took kids on an emergency basis, we went to Floating. I was very unhappy with the diagnosis and specialist at Floating and when she read the notes, she was also unsatisfied. So she called Children's Hospital while we were seeing her for a follow up and got my son an appointment for the next day. My daughter was born with an eating problem and she was the only person who believed us when we told her something wasn't right. She, again, got us an appointment for the next day with a feeding specialist. She is just really great. Both of my kids love her and I couldn't recommend her more. The only thing that kind of… stinks about the office is that the front staff is kind of rude. But since you only deal with them for like 2 minutes, it's not a big deal to me.

I saw Dr Kennedy four times after my newborn developed a"rash" as she called it. I knew something more was wrong the baby wouldn't sleep and she started to get worse and the rash developed blisters. I called to have her be seen agajn and no one retuned my call. I ended taking her to Scituate Pediatrics and saw another doctor there who immediately told me my baby had either a yeast or staph infection and started her on antibiotic ointment (Dr Kennedy stood me to use triple paste or aquaphor...triple paste for a newborn that just didnt seem right to me she was two weeks). We now go to Scituate and see Dr Zambuto who has 28 years experience verses Dr Kennedys 8. I usually do not write reviews but I felt as her mother not heard and like an idiot when in the office with Dr Kennedy made me feel like I was just a "new worried mom.". I am a nurse and have medical background and am an educated person who knew something was not right. I wish I went to a more experienced pediatrician,… however we are very happy now and know we are in good hands
