Dr. Kelli Charles Ross, MD

Dr. Ross is very friendly and thorough. I've been to her four times and I always feel good about my visit!

Dr. Ross and her staff exceeded my expectations. Was able to obtain all but immediate appointments when calling to schedule, minimal wait time from reception to exam rooms, staff are all knowledgeable, competent and professional, checkout process is efficient and Dr. Ross provided me complete explanation of diagnosis as well as assisting me with medication management. Given the horrendous tales or woe we have experienced or heard about other physicans, their staffs and their ridiculously long wait times. Dr. Ross and staff are a 180 degrees from those just described. They have restored my confidence that there are still medical practices who put the patient first. Without hesitation I would recommend Dr. Ross for gynecological treatments.

Dr. Ross is very thorough and very caring. She wants to make sue you feel comfortable with everything she is doing. She is exceptional and I am so glad to have found her!

Would recommend Dr. Ross to my friends. Very pleasant and spends time talking with me. I don't feel rushed. I use her for my yearly check-up and with any other problems I may have.

I have been see twice by Dr Ross ,I was recommended by a family member and I am so glad I was, she is wonderful, my wait time was maybe 5-10 min...when i arrived in the back everyone in the whole office was very kind and caring. when I met Dr Ross we joked and talked about my problems she made me feel very much at ease. I will have bladder surgery this year and have been coming to her for 2 yrs now. I love her. shes great. Thank you for letting me write this. I have now in return recommended a family member.

When I went to see Dr. Ross she came into the exam room by herself, she had me put my feet up in the stirrups, slide to the edge of the table, i was completely exposed, then she sat at my crotch & proceeded to have small talk w/me. I was wondering why she was doing this, it made me extremely uncomfortable. During this small talk conversation the door to my exam room FLEW open while I was in stirrups, exposed. It was a nurse coming to help Dr. Ross. This shocked me, it was a nurse that didn't have the curtesy to at least knock on the door before entering. Then it all made sense to me why she was sitting at my crotch on a stool small talking, it was because she was waiting on the nurse to get to the room. If she would have told me the nurse was on her way & we were waiting for the nurse I feel it would have been better. I did not know why the door was flying open while I was spread eagle on the exam table, there wasn't even a knock on the door. They rushed threw the exam, I stopped… answering her small talk stupid questions because I just wanted out of there. She kept asking if I was okay. Over all the office seemed clean. The staff all seemed in a rush. I will never go back. I'll find a gyno that tells me a nurse is on her way into the room or that has nurses that knock before entering.

First I would like to say that the person who had such a negative review of Dr Ross must have the wrong Dr. for one her name is not Dr Kelly and from what they described doesn't even sound like they were seeing her for the type of dr. that she is. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She has always listened to what I had to say. I have never felt like she was in a hurry to get in and out. When I was considering surgery she gave me all the Pro's and Con's with no pressure. She answered all questions and put them in words everyone can understand. When my daughter was having some menstrual issues at a young age I called to get her in and the office staff said she doesn't see patients that age. I asked if they would ask her personally and they did and she took her right in. . I have used her for at least 10 years now but have been with that practice since 1985 so a little hard to remember exactly when I switched over to her.

Dr. Ross has a wonderful, friendly and professional staff. Appointments were made easily, less than 5 minute wait to see Dr. Ross. I had an emergency and was sent directly to the hospital, everything was arranged by the time I arrived and Dr. Ross called me herself to make sure I had arrived. She was reassuring and confident. After surgery she explained everything in layman's terms. What an exceptional Doctor!

First issue was simply trying to reach someone at their office for an appointment. The first two times I called got some confusing recording from Hospital Affiliations plus Medical School or something like that with the hospitals name at the end, there was no mention of Dr Kelly etc, I didn't even know if I had the right number.I left my message anyway with no return call. When I did get through after the 3rd attempt I made an appointment I went in to check in. You will go through the complete hospital check in procedure to see Dr Kelly, which I understand but spent well over an hour for that process after waiting 20 min and they ended up knowing more about me then I did about myself.Finally arriving at Dr Kelly's office I waited another 35 min to see some young male type nurse, I guess to review my issues etc. He was a nice and courteous person but I did expect to at least see Dr Ross at some point but never did.He reviewed my issues with x rays and did a little office procedure,… which was effective, He surmised based on the x rays I would have at least 10 years or so before I would need major surgery to correct my other issue. They scheduled me for another appointment to treat another area a week later as was a more involved procedure. I had to call and cancel that appointment as had a cold.When I called back and spoke to some other nurse to reset this she told me I couldn't do it right now and would have to wait at least 3-4 months (while I'm in pain even walking) I waited this time period and when finally went in for this additional treatment to another area (after they made waste another half a day to come and see them just to set this appointment) I told the Dr about this waiting period (not Dr Ross) he said oh no! She was wrong to tell you that and wanted to know who it was, and he would let them know about this error.I went ahead with this treatment which turned out to be ineffective I called Ross's office back to let them know, I was told all I could do is proceed with this major surgery not the 10 yr time frame as they had suggested before. When I told them of some physical manipulation I could do that appeared to relieve my pain temporally, and thought maybe some type muscle issue they had no reply nor to other questions either ( I have found out since this is possible contributing factor that should be addressed)At this point after 4 visits with many unanswered questions from the nurse, and still had never seen Dr Ross or had any conference with anybody about anything, I guess I am just to set an appointment like an eye exam or something to do a life threatening major surgery procedure having even never met or spoke to Dr Ross. I'm near 60 years and seen my share of doctors and very seldom complain, but I have never experienced anything like this before, there are several other complaints I left out to remain anonymous. I am at the moment yet again for the 2nd time and 2nd day trying to get through to their office with nothing but same recording. I would NOT recommend Dr Ross do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I really feel like Dr. Ross knows her stuff! Lol. She has a great bedside manner. Never have to wait long for office visit. She always listens. Excellent Doctor!!
