Dr. Kelly Mero Francis, MD

During my procedure, they mis-inserted my catheter causing severe damage to my urethra. TWO HOURS after the catheter was inserted, Dr. Francis checked on the catheter and found that it had been improperly inserted. After she attempted to re-insert the catheter with negative results. I was then transferred to the ER where a urologist had to scope and insert the catheter correctly WHILE I WAS AWAKE. This led to me living with a catheter for three weeks, taking multiple ambulance rides to the ER to manage bleeding and pain, multiple trips to the urologist, culminating in a three day stay in the hospital, and a surgery to fix the damage to my urethra that occurred on the first day. To add insult to injury, I wan never once contacted by Dr. Francis’s office to see how I was doing, even after my wife called them and let them know of the horrors I had been going through.

Dr. Francis was the doctor on top of my batriatic surgery 7 years ago, the surgey it self was quick and as painless for my familly as she kept them as informed as possible with very kind and friendly bedside manners, i unfortunately had internal bleeding and was re-hospitalized days after the surgery but again she was by my side and helped me see that if there was anything that could be done, she would do it. and this is the kind of doctor you want on your team, a doctor that will always return your calls, that will remind you there are no stupid questions, and when you loose faith in everything else, you wont loose faith in her. 7 years later i have had to deal with other unexpected health problems but they have made me realize the amazing doctor she is, i got pregnant two years later and she was again by my side... cant go wrong with Dr. Francis if i did it all over again it would always be her, in a heartbeat.

Excellent surgeon and doctor. I could not have asked for anyone more caring nor more professional than Dr. Kelly Frances. She is a wonderful person and physician. I do not usually recommend M.D.'s however I will highly recommend Dr. Kelly Frances. She is a fantastic M.D..
