Dr. Kelly Anne Averill, MD

Dr Averill is kind, compassionate, takes time to listen to her patients and provides tremendous resources. We are so grateful she has always been available to quickly answer all of our questions during a very difficult season with health.

Dr. Averill has worked with our daughter for the past 3 1/2 years. She is calm and thorough at appointments. Messages are consistently responded to within 1-2 business days and Dr. Averill asks follow questions to make sure she understands what we're asking. The office does their best to schedule appointments promptly and the exam rooms include at least a few toys for our 8 yr old to explore.

Awful service and no respect for patient. Felt like we were being discriminated against by the staff and doctor. Í would not recommend this doctor or facility to anyone.

Dr. Averill is one of the best doctors we have had. She is patient, kind and truly cares for her patients we the utmost compassion. Her office is very organized and has met the needs and timelines of our schedule. My son has many different support needs and Dr. Averill and her staff work with my child to meet all our needs.

Our appointment was at 9am. The doctor did not come into the examining room until one hour later. To take up that much time of a family with a special needs child is disrespectful. As we were getting ready to leave without being seen, the doctor enters, no apologies. The doctor did ask questions and saw my son but that's a very frustrating situation to be put in. I highly doubt that this doctor would have waited for us for one hour.

Dr. Averill is an exceptional doctor. I have 11 years of experience as a critical care RN, and doctors like her are few and far between. She is kind, attentive, and engaging. She leaves you feeling confident with the care plan, follow-up, and what to monitor in the future. As a nurse, I am often disheartened by the medical system and interactions with office staff. That is not the case with Dr. Averill and her team. This was indeed a remarkable experience for my family. Thank you, Dr. Averill!
