Dr. Kelly Anne Owens, MD

I had an appointment this morning with Kelly and I think the world of her. Her instructions were to come back in a year. When leaving I tried to make my next appointment. I was told she was booked until Jan. '23. I have been coming to Kelly for years and never have I had to make an appointment for a year and a half when she requested I be seen in one year. What's going on? Kelly are you aware of this?

Appearing for a scheduled visit I learned that the doctor was not in. The assistant lied by saying she contacted me which was easily refuted by the failure to receive any message. Such assistant then behaved dismissively. Now I find that medical information was not recorded on my chart which put me in a difficult position. Whether the doctor is skilled is irrelevant if you cannot access information or have any confidence that you will be treated professionally.

Dr. Owens is super sweet, but you have to ask her a lot of questions to understand whats going on! I've been going to her since I was 16 and thats they only complaint i have!
