Wait is long but worth her treating you like you are the only patient she has!

I saw Dr Kelly Cole this week and was very impressed with her she was with me and ask every question she needed on my case very thorough with answers and I really think she can help me for sure. Has an awesome staff don’t go thinking their McDonald’s drive thru because she takes time she needs with her patience plan for 2/3 hours there. Thanks Dr Kelly and staff.

Long wait, staff does not return calls, does not respond to prescription orders from pharmacy promptly-6 day wait, staff not courteous and often rude-would go to someone else but the infusiondept is wonderful.

Excellent Doctor but she is overbooked a lot of the time. Guess there are a lot of us out there

Although the wait time was longer than I would prefer, Dr Cole spent ample time with me and went over all questions and concerns I had while I saw her and left no stone unturned. If she's like that with all of her patients that explains the wait time.

My appointment was at 1:00 and was not seen until 4:30. So when my visit was completed there wasn't even any one there to check me out. She seems over worked because both times we were supposed to discuss X-ray results she didn't even have them present for the visit. The she said she would call, but did not, including not returning my phone call for follow up of information.

Love Dr. Cole but the wait time is insane I have an hour drive to get there and have waited up to 3 hours (usually 1 & 1/2 minimal wait) then 30 to 45 minutes in the exam room. Yes she takes care to find everything on your mind and how you're feeling (anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes) an hour drive home and I have spent a whole day at the Dr. I have NEVER been taken on time there, even with the first appointment of the day..she was an hour late... May be looking for a new Dr. even though I have had her for 7 years.

As a new patient I was originally scheduled for an appt. in two months. However, because one of my doctors called the office and told them I needed to see Dr. Cole a.s.a.p. Dr. Cole's office put me on a waiting list. They called me the next week. I was thrilled! We sat in the waiting room for at least 15 minutes and then in her office waiting to see her at least another 15 minutes, maybe longer. But the wait was worth it. She was very thorough, knowledgable, caring and listened to all of my questions without being in any hurry to end the appt. The office staff were professional and nice too. I had read previous comments about the office staff being rude, but that was not in the case when I was there. I highly recommend Dr. Cole. Also, they do x-rays and you get any blood tests done in the same building. That is very convenient!

Some times I wait for Dr. Cole but I never worry about that because she gives me her full-attention in the exam room. She is very personable.

Dr. Cole is a very good doctor. However, the office staff are rude and the wait was so long we had to switch doctors. Dr. Cole should take steps to improve office operations to keep her patients.
