Dr. Kelly Renee Finan, MD

Very impersonal and gave me no feeling of confidence in her knowledge.

It’s difficult to be brief when you wish to detail a wonderful outcome from a challenging experience thanks to Dr. Kelly Finan. Dr Finans expertise, knowledge, dedication, quality of care and decisiveness brought my family a positive outcome through a difficult period. Due to the complexity of my fathers case, he was referred to Dr. Finan for surgery. My father is elderly and Dr. Finan took the time to thoroughly explain to the him the nature of his case. She was respectful and empathetic to my dads concerns and, with the permission of my dad, thoroughly communicated the case details to family caretakers. Dr. Finan and her staff utilized various resources (including Telehealth, conference calls etc.) to be inclusive of the immediate family so we could also remained informed and understood the details of his condition and surgery. She provided the family the necessary resources to obtain aftercare according to my dad’s specific needs. My dad experienced complications after his… surgery that lasted months. Dr. Finan was with us every step of the way and remained transparent! Because of her expertise, reassurance (even when we had grown weary) and sense of advocacy, my dad is completely recovered and healed! On behalf of my father (the patient) and my family, we’d like to thank Dr. Finan. She listened, she acted, she followed through and she delivered! We understand can certainly attest to her being regarded as an expert in her field. Thank you Dr. Finan and Kim!!!

Dr Finan is a fantastic doctor. She is professional and friendly. She explains everything you need to know in detail. You leave her office knowing you are in good hands. She also compassionate and reassuring. A great person.

She saved my life twice by finding and removing cancer in my colon. She is straight-forward - tells it like it is I have been seeing her for 7 years and no complaints - except for occasionally showing up late because of doing surgeries Every other doctor I have talked to about her has nothing but praise for her medical and surgical skills PS she also inspired me to lose weight - after cutting through layers of my fat. So far I have lost 70 pounds and am now back to 178 She is the best

Dr.Finan immediately recommended colon surgery, even though I wasn't having any major symptoms, and did not suggest any further tests. Upon the recommendation of a friend, I sought a second opinion. That doctor ordered several tests and concluded that I did NOT require surgery. It was also discovered on my initial visit to the second doctor, that some false information had been entered in my chart, I'm assuming to justify the surgery for insurance purposes. I would have lost 6 weeks of wages due to down time, as I am a contract worker.I would NOT recommend Dr. Finan! If you are referred to her, I would definitely get a second opinion.

horrible bedside manner....Not concerned with my issues from post surgery. Saw her only b/c my Dr. was out of town. Will never see her again. VERY dissatisfied!!!

I was not the patient but, a very trusted friend and confidente to a 92 year old patient of Dr. Finan. Not only did she perform life saving surgery on her in 2014 but reverse corrective surgery in 2015. She cared for my friend, as I believe she would have her own beloved grandmother. She was excellent in every area above and beyond any normal expections. In other words, she exemplified what God requires from each of us: "Love and compassion".

Dr Finan is an excellent Surgeon. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering surgery
