Dr. Kelly Farrell Ocarroll, MD

Dr. Kelly O'Carroll is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Dr O'Carroll used to be very good. Her competency and staff have taken a big step south. They don't care about patients anymore just numbers. Run from this office as fast as you can!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Kelly O'Carroll, but she really needs to consider getting a new staff or put the people she has now through a curtesy class. We were about 10 minutes late for our appointment, and I called ahead and they said they would give a a 10-15 minute window to make out appointment. Only being 10 minutes late, we walked in a got checked in. Then here came the most rude people I have ever met. With there being NO ONE in the office waiting room, they said we were too late and could get my baby in for his check up. They were extemely rude to my family, especially the "girl" at the front desk and the nurse with the pony tail and bangs. They practically kicked my family out of the office and gave us an appointment that's in another 2 WEEKS. I left that dr. office in tears. I would say I'm never going back, but I am because I love the dr. She just needs a better staff that won't kick patients out of her office and leave them in tears.

I started using Dr. O'Carroll first and was more than impressed with her and all of her staff. My husband had extreme Dr. Phobia after his previous wife died of cancer. He would never go to a doctor and would rely on walk-in clinics if it were absolutely necessary. I finally convinced him to give Dr. O'Carroll a try. She never scolded him and was very patient and has made a major contribution to him regaining health. I couldn't give her or the entire staff a higher rating. My husband really trusts her like I do. She is TOP NOTCH. If you need a superior doctor, she's the best in all areas and is great at following up.

Dr. O'Carroll is amazing. She's very approachable, very sincere and very professional. Her nurse Debbie is great, also. They make a great team.

My whole family goes to her and she is amazing. She truly cares and is personable as well as professional. I can't think of a single thing I would improve about her. She listens when I want something checked out. It's a team effort, with plenty of give and take.
