Dr. Kelly Rogers, PhD

Kelly Rodgers is part of the FCC and is biased with CPS and family court evaluations. He does not listen well nor communicate well. He has no understanding of trauma, children, or families. He administers tests in collaboration with opposing party and is a biased evaluator. Mr. Rodgers has no problems being disingenuous on court ordered evaluations so they can go to trial which of course as an independent evaluator makes him money. The best interest of the child or children is not this man's goal. He is full of himself and quite narcissistic.

Kelly Rodgers was appointed by the court to perform a nonbiased evaluation. Kelly Rodgers is far from biased and disingenuous. Do not be foold by his demeanor. His attitude is of a state employee who wants to get as much money as possible from the state by taking a matter to trial. He does not have his own office and it is obvious he has very little understanding of common issues that should be practice related for him. Be aware answer what is asked and add no detail. He spend quite a bit of time selling how great he is and how long he has done this for to gain your confidence. Do not sit up with good posture it will be held against you...Do take as many breaks as you would like he offers none then also uses it against you. Dress like your homeless because down to your nails if you are well groomed and hansome honestly it will be used against you. He is appointed by the state and therefore biased by the state department of DCF.
