Dr McFall is a caring doctor. She listens to her patients. She wants to help her patients to understand medications and how to improve our overall health.

If I were able to give Dr. Kelsey McFall a 0 ? for this review I would. This woman has the bedside manner like the throw rug/carpet that I have on the floor in my home (mind you my carpet has alot more substance & standards then this woman does) how did she receive her medical license? She is rude, uncouth, lacks people skills, lacks professionalism, doesn't show concern about her patients and most of all it's believed that she's only about money$$. The medical board, better business bureau, health department & medical insurance companies need to investigate her, her practices, and her employees ASAP

Decided to join Perry Family Practice and set up primary care with Dr. McFall during the summer of 2020. Initially I felt that she was very careless in her bedside manner, but decided to give her a chance. It is apparent that she believes every ache/pain or symptom presented is all anxiety related and aims to push meds (Antidepressants, Ambien, Xanax) without asking more detailed questions about the symptoms and onset. She is very distant during her visit and quick to leave the room. I would not recommend this doctor as a PCP due to her poor bedside manner.

She is absolutely wonderful and very easy to talk to and explain things..I can not imagine someone giving her a bad reveiw

I saw Dr McFall for blood pressure issues and thought she was quite competant. That was until I went to see her for blood pressure and a seriously swollen and painful knee. She cut me off repeatedly when I asked about my knee. Would not even look at it. Said I need to go to urgent care to get an xray but I couldn't go until to.orrow because I saw her today. Refused to give me anything for pain. When I said I take Aleve and cannot take ibuprofen she argued with me and said they are the same thing. She didnt even have enough respect for me to return to the room. She sent her nurse with papers about knee problems and what patients should do about them. She said other doctors had made orders for me from Kaiser Permanente and I explained I have not been there since I began seeing her. I called my insurance when I got in my car and they said there were no such orders. She took no time with me. She obviously wants to get paid for doing as little work as possible.

My first appointment with Dr. McCall I brought all my medication I was taking. I don't carry it around for fun, I brought it so she could update my records in her system. She asked me why I was taking each medication and I explained my medical problems. I thought she would have recorded all that information the first go around, that's what initial visits are for. A couple months later my refills run out and she refused to order more refills until I have an appointment with her. I make that appointment and she says she doesn't know why I need those medications and those medications are not in the system. I had to throw a fit to get her to reorder the medications. About 6 months pass and my refills are up again. My previous doctor would send refills to the pharmacy whenever I was out, but Dr. McCall refused to do so again. I called to find out why and am told I need to make another appointment with her. These medications are needed and she is again refusing to fill them even though I… am completely out. The first time this happened I thought she was just careless, or an idiot. Now I think she just likes the control. Forcing me to come in when I don't need to and having to pay for that needless appointment time and time again brings in her income.

Where do I start? I had called to make an appointment weeks ago, and told the office staff what my appointment was regarding. My issue had changed, and I called and informed the office staff about my reason for visiting had changed. They assured me that that was fine. Day of appointment, I was taken back into a room by the physician assistant and she thought my reason for visit was for my initial reason. I told her that it was something different and that I had let the office know, and she was very rude and told me that Dr McFall could only see me for 15 minutes. Dr McFall was very rude, condescending, and made me feel like I was not worth her time. I told her how I was feeling and tried to tell me that I don’t know what I was experiencing in my own body. She left without any closure or goodbye. The PA came in and tried to give me my aftervisit summary. I told her that McFall hadn’t even answered any of my questions or helped me with anything and she said that that was not her fault.… That there was nothing I could do and directed me to go elsewhere to prompt care. I then realized that she had given me a different patients aftervisit summary. This document had sensitive information on it. Total HIPPA violation. When I told the PA about this she laughed it off and didn’t even apologize. Never before had I been treated so poorly. Do not go see Dr McFall. She is not worth your money or time. Never ever returning.

Went to see her today was changing PCP’s she had the clinic staff come in to talk to me first. The first thing they tell me is that she won’t write me a prescription for pain meds mind you I have a pain management Dr that does all that. I was only there to establish a dr. Then tells me that she won’t take me on because of my blood pressure. Like really where do they do that at?? Worst experience ever with a Dr

1) doesn't take initiative 2) doesn't try to think from your perspective 3) doesn't fully answer questions asked of her 4) treats you like you are a hypochondriac if you have chronic issues she can't figure out 5) must adhere to inane board directives of CHI Will be finding another doctor ASAP. Wish I'd run away faster.
