Kelsie Lindgren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience in the mental health field. Kelsie is driven to provide quality services to diverse populations with culturally appropriate care. She is passionate about helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families address their unique challenges and obtain their individual or family goals. Kelsie specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, relationship issues, and family conflict. Kelsie completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Quinnipiac University. Kelsie went on to obtain formalized training in family and individual therapy. Kelsie utilizes multiple treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, and anger management.
