Condescension, arrogance, absolutely no interest in hearing this patient's story or sharing any opinion as to what might be the cause of my visit. Only interest was in automatically jumping to very intrusive and potentially damaging biopsy. No discussion offered and I was even told I only had 10 minutes anyway so there was "no need for endless discussion about what may be going on". In 60 years, without a doubt , the worse experience I've ever had with any doctor. My advice is to stay away from Dr. Cole. No, let me rephrase that. Run away from Dr. Cole.
