Dr Ken Alonso is well versed, delighted to help, and highly knowledgeable. Would wholehearted recommend him.

In my opinion the finest Internal Doctor anyone would hope to find. Over the past 4 years, he has kept me alive along with my heart doctor. I currently take over 20 different medicines daily, they each have to approve how the meds inter act with each other. Dr. Ken makes sure all of my vital signs, stay in range. I think the thing I admire most about Dr. Ken is.he talks on your level and NEVER makes you feel he is trying to get the out the door. YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE MADE A NEW FRIEND. Worse doctor ever! He lacked compassion and was extremely rude and disrespectful. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a physician. I left his office feeling awful to my core, and as if I was less then. I would never return to his establishment.

I would not recommend Dr. Ken Alonzo for your treating physician. While he may be a competent doctor (I haven’t seen him enough to be able to make that conclusion), his office procedures and his own “bedside manner” are terrible. If you have to call his office, you will be left on hold and probably have to call back one or more additional times. When you do talk to someone, they sound overworked and rude. I’ve only been to see him twice, and on both occasions I was kept waiting. I let the first one slide thinking it’s normal, but on the second occasion, I was kept waiting over an hour. I was finally put in a room where a nurse came in and took my blood pressure and told me the doctor would be with me in a few minutes. Fifteen minutes later, I was still waiting. Finally, I decided to just leave. And, in the course of leaving, I ran into Dr. Alonzo in the hallway (looking at a computer) and told him I’d been waiting an hour. Instead of apologizing and saying he would be in in a moment,… he said he was going as fast as he could. Then, he invited me to leave if I didn’t want to wait. He literally said: "You can leave if you don't like it". I was stunned. Can you imagine being told that by your treating physician after already waiting over an hour? That might be something a rude hostess would tell you if you went into a popular restaurant without a reservation. Anyway, I left. I never got a follow-up call from him or his office apologizing. Instead, a week later I got a letter from him telling me he was essentially firing me as a patient. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor unless you enjoy being treated like you’re trash.
