My visit with Dr. Bradshaw was very pleasant! He has a wonderful bedside manner, it was my first visit with him. My previous doctor retired, & I decided to see Dr. Bradshaw . I made a good chose! ð???ð???

Re: the "courteous staff" rating -> The nurse, Colleen, was outstanding (5 stars & more). The staff at the front desk, however, were uneven in their service (hence a "4" under courteous staff). Often they were very good, but more than once they'd put off even acknowledging my presence in order first to finish up personal conversations that I could hear through the glass, e.g., how to get a real estate agent, what the usual real estate commission is. Top tier service = putting personal conversations on hold to assist patients. Next level = at least acknowledge I'm there (e.g., "Good morning, I'll be with you right away") if they really feel like they can't interrupt their personal conversations.
