Dr. Kenneth Odin Cayce, MD

Very rude and arrogant doctor that appears to have a chip on his shoulder. I have a broken elbow and strained my back from a fall that I sustained. I was placed in a sling and saw him 11 days after my injury and I still have elbow and back pain. They did an X-ray of my elbow in his office. When he entered the room where I was. He came in with a picture of my x-ray and gave it to me stating that I could keep it as a “Souvenir” and took my sling and placed it in my purse that was not zipped up. He said I want you out of the sling. I’m not giving you any pain meds and you shouldn’t be in pain still from an injury from 3 weeks ago. First of all, my injury didn’t occur 3 weeks ago when I saw him. It had only been 11 days prior to me seeing him and YES I still have pain but he could’ve cared less. Told me that I didn’t need surgery which was good news but did nothing more but tell me that he was sending a referral for me to go to physical therapy. He never once looked at my elbow or had me… to try to do anything to see how the elbow was doing or anything. He basically spent no more than 10 minutes in the office with me and that was it. I wasn’t even supposed to see him. I was under the impression that I was seeing another doctor in the office that the ER referred me to but I winded up with this heartless, non-caring and unprofessional doctor. I will not return to see him. I will try to find me another doctor because this guy is the rudest doctor I’ve ever met in my entire life and I do not want to ever see his face again or go into that office for anything. My recommendation is that if you are referred to him, immediately find someone else. Because I feel that he is only about money not the well-being of the patient.

In 2010 he was my doctor for a short time. His staff was rude but not as rude as he was. He was very arrogant and rude and seemed to not know what he was talking about multiple times when he told me things that later turned out to be untrue. I feel as though he grew up being entitled and had no ability to empathize with me. Now, he doesn't have to be my friend but he was a lousy doctor too. He had the audacity to scold me, a woman of 58 yrs, while I was suffering with a broken foot, not yet operated on, suffering great pain due to carpel tunnel in both arms being overused due to broken foot and he made me cry, didn't offer a tissue and then beat up on me verbally some more while I was in a very vulnerable state. I don't need that kind of doctor and never went back again. Now that I'm strong I'd love to see him again, he would never make me cry, I think I would make him cry like a little baby. I dislike this man intensely, never had such a horrible experience with a dr. before or… since!!! Will NEVER forget him!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Cayce for almost two years now and he has been a great doctor for me. I find him to be patient, thorough, and informative. He takes the time to address all of my questions and concerns regarding my overall health.

So far I had a few visits to this doctor but but my problem is getting worse. So far he has not been able to correctly diagnose my illness. He is a bit arrogant, won't listen carfully to my complaint. I will never go back again to his office.

He truly listens to his patients and his staff is absolutely wonderful to work with.
