Dr. Kenneth Andrew Conrad, MD

Please understand most people only look for surveys to fill out negative comments after an event that didn't go the way they wanted. Every appointment we have had with Dr. Conrad has been very informative, professional and provided a correct diagnosis for. He is one of the few doctors at Mayport that will call to check up on his patients. He has put many years into providing care for our men and women of the United States Armed Forces, dependents and retirees. He will be retiring from providing care at Mayport mid 2019. When he leaves, there will be many, such as my wife and I, who will miss him dearly.

Yells and screems, acts like a child.

After waiting for 45 minutes I was finally put in a room and DR. Conrad walks in the room and says opps wrong patient and walks out, and it takes him another 20 minutes to come back in. I asked for some allergy medicine and he suggested Zyrtec, I told him it puts me to sleep. I suggest XZYAL he tells me that is just Zyrtec and says he is going to give me Flonase. I told him it doesn't work and he says just try it anyway. Needless to say it didn't work and I'm changing my PCM.

Dr. Kenneth Conrad is an idiot. The first time I went to see him was for a yearly Pap smear and he and the nurse joked around and talked about Oprah while completely ignoring me, while he was between my legs! His bedside manner is atrocious all around. I also recently went to see him for an issue with my throat. I told him that it feels like something is caught in my throat and that it's been this way for a month. Instead of looking in my throat he decides to ask me questions about whether or not I have heart burn...??? When I finally asked him to look in my throat, he barely shined a light in my mouth while standing too far away to see anything. Then he tells me that I don't have any tonsils, which I DO. He argued with me about whether or not I have tonsils like I wouldn't know..He's a poor excuse for a Doctor and everyone I know who has seen him agrees. STAY AWAY!
