Outstanding professional. Caring person.

He is the best doctor I have ever had. He had patience, was always courteous, and always concerned about helping you to live pain free. He always did a call the next day after I had an injection for pain. When I had severe pain and I called his office, he called me back and told me to come in before office hours so he could see me. He always got me back on track so I was able to function once again. Now that he is retired another doctor will find it hard to fill his shoes. I will miss his expert advice immensely. I am so grateful I met him over 22 years ago and he was so wonderful through out these years. God Bless You and enjoy your retirement.

DR. CRANE IS ABSOLUTELY, THE DOCTOR WITH THE MOST KNOWLEDGE AND BEST PATIENT MANNER THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. IN ALL OF THE YEARS THAT I VISITED DR. CRANE, NOT ONCE WAS HE EVER LATE FOR THE VISIT. WILL SURELY MISS DR. CRANE AND WISH HIM THE BEST IN HIS RETIREMENT.

Beware! Does not accept all insurances but staff will say they"take" them. Deceptive. I paid for all the bloodwork he insisted was necessary AGAIN and in his own lab before I knew he didn't take my insurance. I was then booked with interest. Never got a diagnosis either. But of course wanted me to return for another exam. Thought he was almost there with a diagnosis. Crying told him I cannot afford it. Also spoke to him about huge bill that I was unaware would not be covered. He did not empathize. Actually blamed me even though I asked when making appointment about my insurance. Then asked if he would take my secondary insurance pppo write off at their suggestion he said no. Thousands of dollars for nothing

Every time I see Dr. Crane he runs every test in the book. With all his years of experience I would think that this would not be required of every visit in order to secure a diagnosis. I cannot afford hundreds of dollars of tests and multiple meds that don't work. I have a diagnosis, have had it since visit #1 and I am there often enough that I find all this very unnecessary. Also, once your initial exam is performed, I see no need for an extensive body check up on every visit..

Dr. Crane takes time with each patient and shows a much higher level of consideration for his patients than any of my other doctors. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes in his waiting room. He ALWAYS does a very thorough physical examination before diagnosing, not relying totally on blood tests and x-rays, but using those tools to confirm or eliminate what he already suspects. He is not touchy, feely, so if you want someone to hold your hand, he's not your guy. If you want excellent medical attention, try him out!

Should retire as he does not see any other problem but Rhuematic! Overdoses with medications! When one doesnt work..tosses another at you!

While Dr. Crane is not my doctor yet, he has gone above and beyond my expectations with my parents and my sister. He truly cares about his patients and has compassion when you are visiting with him.
