I've been a patient of Dr Kepler for 6 or 7 years. And a couple of years ago when I had to change insurance and couldn't see him I change my insurance back as soon as I could. He's helped me with a number of different challenges over the years. He has always taken the time to discuss my concerns. I don't hesitate to recommend him highly. Yes, he types on his laptop while he's talking to you. I believe that's because he wants excellent notes of your discussions. Could you imagine dictating notes at the end of the day after seeing 25 or more patients?

This was a very bad experience. Did not listen to my concerns and when I challenged this he dropped me. Of corse this was after he charged me a ton. Now my wife who also went to see him is having problems. We are looking for another doctor.

Very knowledgeable, listens well, and a smart guy. Highly recommended.

Was unsympathetic, failed to diagnose. (Later properly diagnosed) Typed on his laptop while I was speaking (to save time on dictation I assume. ) I would never go back. Gave him two visits and that was it.

We love Dr. Kepler! He is an excellent doctor. He is great with adults and my children love him too. We are on the mainland for half the year, and we just wish he had a twin for us there!

Condescending attitude and painful treatment. Had to see him because regular doctor was on vacation. He wouldn't treat me with much needed muscle-relaxants (I had already seen three chiropractors to resolve the problem without medication, they finally said I needed some) because I am prescribed anti-anxiety medication while in therapy. I went down the street to Urgent Care where they took excellent care of me. Avoid at all costs!
