Dr. Karolina W Dembinski, DO

After waiting nearly two hours to see this physician, I was very disappointed that she was unable to properly render services to our son. We were seeing her to have sutures removed from the cartilage of my son's ear. She looked at the ear, told me "I don't really have a lot of experience with how the cartilage in the ear heals. I don't feel comfortable removing these sutures." Because we have a PPP, we were ultimately able to see an ENT later that day who took one look at the ear and said it looked find for the sutures to be removed. We then received a bill in the amount of $227 for Dr. Dembinski's appt. When I spoke with her billing supervisor to let them know there was really no service rendered to us due to her lack of experience, she said she had already spoken to the Dr. about this and she stood firm on the billing. Even if Dr. Dembinski lacks the experience necessary to treat your child, and is therefore unable to even give you proper medical advise regarding the issue, be… prepared to pay for the visit anyway. Very shameful!
