I strongly feel Dr. Kroll has a 'personality disorder'. His judgement/decision-making is unstable. He was overly casual, complacent, insensitive, and gave no indication he was knowledgeable of my health issues when we spoke each time. This doctor is also very vindictive too. Dr. Kroll terminated me from being able to pursue other doctor in his clinic's network. (When I requested to change to another doctor.) If you file complaint with this Dr., you'll be terminated. Time for this doctor to retire! Whatever goodness Dr. Kroll may have given in years past no longer exists today in my honest and competent opinion. ---Zero stars for Kroll!----

What a gem of a doctor to find! I just moved from a location with a terrible culture for women's health, but have had many negative experiences with the medical community throughout life. People like Dr. Kroll are so valuable to their patients. What I had to say and my opinions on possible issues were all listened to, and the recommendations he made and questions he asked were very much in line with what I had found through research and were actually up to date. Just having a doctor actually listen with compassion and spend more than five minutes talking with their patient was amazing to find, and then to have a doctor who makes solid suggestions based upon thorough questioning is beyond what I have experienced in many years. I will thoroughly thank the friend who referred me to Dr. Kroll, and pass on that referral to others.
