Schedules patients at 10:30 and doesn’t show up to his office until 11:45 then you have to wait 2 hours to be seen, then on top of that if you need clearance for surgery he tells you, yeah I’ll fax that over to your surgeons office today, that becomes 3 days and you have to call them and ask why wasn’t it sent, their reply is we will do it today and never got done had to call at least 6 times and finally got the paperwork sent after 2 weeks of contacting them! Look for someone else!

Long wait times ! Always more than an hour. Waiting room is always packed. Most times he is not there until well after the few appointment times have come and gone. Office staff is horrible . I have to call tons of times to get what I need. The Dr. never knows what I am there for or what was done at last visit. He spend very little time with me. Last time I was there the waiting room was full of angry patients saying they were going to look for a new doctor.

Visit this office monthly. Doctor is wonderful. Very knowledgeable in his field, takes time to listen to patients concerns, recommends helpful and successful treatments, positive attitude and great sense of humor. His Staff...not people-friendly, very uncooperative, slow, unresponsive and overall, they bring down this practice. Have to call the office repeatedly and constantly follow-up to get one thing accomplished. Dr. should hire better support staff that will help him succeed in caring for his patients. :-(

Very unprofessional, first appointment was not confirmed and office closed due to weather with no call. Then today they were late opening office with no call. Receptionist arrived 15 mins after appointment time with no apology to patient but stated they called. After hour doctor was still not there. Young girl behind desk argumentative and on personal calls. I've been a medical office manager for 25 years before going into the law field. I will never return, very inconsiderate and no way to run a practice. I will be sure to inform the surgeon who referred me of the bad experience and ask for another referral.

One of the best at what he does!!! Just a great guy too!!!
